U.S. Security Services Group (US-SSG) is actively expanding our CCTV-FORCE National Onsite Subcontractor Team. We are searching for qualified Subcontract CCTV Technicians experienced in both analog and IP camera systems for long term subcontract opportunities in all areas of the USA.
The US-SSG CCTV-FORCE national onsite service team utilizes subcontract technicians for commercial CCTV installations and Break/Fix service. Subcontractor jobs are primarily break/fix, adjustments, troubleshooting, camera replacements, cabling and new camera additions.
We are looking for qualified CCTV service technicians in both rural and metro areas all across our great country.
It is our practice to build a long term working relationship with our subcontractors so that when our customers have jobs come up we can dispatch to a known technician who has working history with us allowing us to assure our customers excellent work every time. We may use multiple contractors in a geographic area and if so, the jobs are distributed equally. However, the contractors who prove to be the most detailed, proficient, and reliable will be receive the lion's share of jobs in the area.

Subcontractor Basic Work Description:
- General Camera issue troubleshooting (Analog & IP)
- Network and or Coax cabling (testing, repair, additions, replacements)
- Camera replacements and additions (Analog & IP)
- General CCTV adjustments and maintenance (Analog & IP)
- Strong work ethic
- A good communicator - responds to email, phone call etc
- Able to follow job instruction and procedure
- Desire to do what it takes to do a great job under any circumstances
- Respect for the end customer
- Efficient worker (manages onsite time well)
- A good troubleshooter
- A good general knowledge of both Analog and IP camera systems
- A good general knowledge of network wiring, switches, PoE and components for IP camera systems
Please Note Contractor Requirements below:
- Minimum 1 year experience with both Analog & IP Camera systems (You must know your stuff!)
- Business references (Name, address & phone)
- Liability insurance (You must have liability with E&O coverage)
- Workers' comp insurance (If required in your state)
- Low Voltage license (If required in your state)
- Knowledge of cabling and network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of CCTV systems best practices and procedures
- CCTV tools - (field monitor, network tester, laptop, PoE injector crimp tool etc)
- Smart phone for using our mobile service app
- Working transportation
- Professional first impression, manners and onsite customer skills
- Excellent work ethics, punctuality and reliability.
- It is extremely helpful if you are a good troubleshooter
